FORRESTER WHITNEY

Forrester is the founder of Alt-Rare. His interest in furniture began at a young age, shaped by a natural inclination toward objects that feel lasting and intentional.
Originally trained in engineering, his perspective is grounded in structure and material. This later led him to pursue fine furniture studies, deepening his understanding of wood through both construction and deconstruction.
